Immediate relief for losses during the initial months of pandemic response for businesses that directly or indirectly lost revenue due to COVID-19 local or state government health orders

Funding: Up to $50,000

Eligible Entities: For-profit businesses with 50 or fewer employees

Eligible time frame: March 13, 2020 to Date of Application

Total Funding Available: $100 million
BUSINESS ELIGIBILITY
-
For-profit privately or publicly owned business
-
Headquartered AND/OR more than 50% of primary work in Wyoming
-
Employed 50 full-time employees or less as of March 31, 2020
-
Established on or before enactment of any applicable public health orders
-
Incurred a loss due to COVID-19
CALCULATING THE GRANT AMOUNT
Lost Business Revenue + COVID-19 Related Expenses - Cost Savings Realized as Result of Closures - CARES Act Grant Funds
PREFERENCE & TIMING
Businesses that have not received money from the Paycheck Protection Program or were specifically named in the state public health orders requiring closures, will receive priority.
This priority includes:
